SUBSTITUTIONS

We guarantee that orders made through Ocean Blooms will always reflect the quality and artistic design we are known for. However on occasion, we may need to substitute in a different colour or variety of flower if factors out of our control arise. (eg. season and availability)

In the case of a substitution we guarantee to always substitute flowers of equal or higher value. We will also always keep within the theme of the flowers originally chosen, ensuring your message to the recipient is not lost.

DELIVERY

*Minimum spend of $25 for delivery

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Monday - Friday // Order by 12pm (EST)

Saturday // Order by 11am (EST)

Ocean Blooms offer same day delivery on the lower Central Coast as far as The Entrance and Tuggerah given orders are placed prior to the cut off time. Any questions regarding this please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

After this cut off time, we try our best to deliver on your requested date. However, your order may be moved to the following delivery day.

- If you require your flowers to be delivered at a specific time our team will contact you.

- AM deliveries (delivery before 1pm) must be ordered the day before.

- Please note additional fees may occur for delivery if;

- We are given the wrong address

- Our driver cannot gain access to the property (eg. gate/dog)

- Recipient not home and there is no safe place to leave the delivery

- Business is closed

- Business will not accept the flowers (eg. hospitals / retirement villages)

- We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.

DELIVERY DATES + CARD MESSAGE

At the checkout, prior to payment please fill in recipient details, card message and please select a DELIVERY or PICK UP DATE on the calendar.

DELIVERY POLICY

If no delivery date is specified when the order is placed and our team have not been contacted to advise a date your order will be sent out on the next available delivery day.

If the recipient is not home to receive your gift, then the courier will use their own discretion to determine if it’s safe to be left at the front door or close by. If there are restrictions in doing so, (e.g. an electric gate, or an animal in the yard) the order will then be returned to us.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

Our talented florists do their best to provide beautiful blooms to the highest quality. Fresh flowers can be temperamental and on the rare occasion you may feel unsatisfied with your blooms.

If this is the case, we require a photo of the product sent to our email address hello@oceanblooms.com.au within 48 hours of the order being delivered. Alternatively, contact us on 43146269 if the matter is urgent.

We will pass all relevant information on to our suppliers and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
